With development of the digital technology in various fields, especially with popularization of internet, intellectual property rights including copy right law shall be required to be modified for the new situation.

Reflecting the scheme of the intellectual property rights now in Japan, we must pick up the big issues therefrom for the better understanding of the new information revolution.
