EDUCATIONAL PHILOSOPHY AND PURPOSE

Guided by the university's founding motto "Plus Ultra (further beyond)", the Hakuoh University Graduate School of Business Administration adheres to the following philosophy and purpose.

1.Developing individuals with integrity, who have high moral values, a sense of justice, and a sincere character.

A corporate worker must have high moral values and a sense of social justice in order to manage a company that can adapt to the changing times. Sincere and compassionate individuals who can listen to and understand people's problems are therefore necessary. Furthermore, one has to have the focus and strength to consistently do what is right, without being carried away by the prevailing trends. Our graduate school aims to develop people with solid character who can manage and improve businesses while being respectful of society.

2.Offering a high quality of specialized education.

In a relatively new field like business administration, courses often reflect topics that evolve with the times. Students can gain extensive knowledge of established ideas, then build on those foundations by learning about appropriate new concepts.

3.Contributing to companies and society

It is our duty to foster students who actively support and promote companies because of the university's regional ties. Our goal is to educate people who can contribute to the economy.
